Head of Sales Onboarding Training & Reinforcement
The Head of Sales Onboarding Training & Reinforcement is responsible for the development and execution of the strategy for new hire training and reinforcement/upskilling for new and existing institutional and in-plan client-facing associates. In this role, this leader will manage a team and work closely with Retirement Solutions leadership as well as the HR Learning and Development team to develop a strategy and execute a learning and go-to-market plan for enabling client-facing associates to activate their sales skills and engage with Consultants, Plan Sponsors, and participants.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee the development and execution of studies and feedback related to training completion to evaluate and measure results.

  • Gather insights from frontline roles and innovative best practice sharing infrastructure to enhance training.

  • Develop the strategic vision for the Retirement Solutions business new hire onboarding training and reinforcement training for client-facing associates through partnership with Institutional and In-Plan leaders.

  • Develop learning plan for upskilling/reinforcing skills for leaders of client-facing associates.

  • Partner with Learning and Development to execute on the institutional and in-plan training strategy for new hires and existing client facing associates.

  • Partner with Learning and Development, Retirement leadership, and Product to develop, maintain, and evolve training content for institutional and in-plan roles.

  • Develop training and development programs and objectives to help in achieving Retirement Solutions business objectives.

  • Oversee the development of effective and cohesive training materials for retirement associates.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 24

Base Pay Range: $183,675/yr. - $289,125/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
